“Both Sides of the Family,” which has been performed in several cities and locations throughout the United States since its premiere in December 2006, is a one-hour play with two characters. (Include specific content)

“Both Sides of the Family” is available for live performance by the play’s principal and contributing writers, Maryann Elder Goldstein and Jeffrey Grover. Both are professional actors.

Other options include purchasing the rites to perform the play, using an organization’s local talent, as well as the option of purchasing the rites to screen “Both Sides of the Family” on DVD. The DVD features the two writer/actors.

In any of the above, the Companion Guide is made available for facilitator use. Organizations often produce the play, with a post-play talkback held immediately afterward. Some organizations have used the play as a starting point for smaller group sessions held in different venues after the play’s performance.
